West Coast staff attend at the court registries multiple times each day.
Court Registry Closures
Vancouver Supreme Court Registry is closed daily as follows:
- 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm
New Westminster Supreme Court Registry is closed daily as follows:
- 10:00 am - 10:15 am
- 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- 3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
Abbotsford Court Scheduling is closed as follows:
- Alternate Wednesdays
Chilliwack Court Scheduling is closed as follows:
- Closed every Tuesday and Thursday
Outlying Courts
All filings for outlying Courts in the Lower Mainland leave from our New Westminster office (except North Vancouver – work must be in Vancouver before 9:30 a.m.).
The chart below shows the time documents must be in the various offices for filing. In some cases, filings may be done the following business day. Filings that must be left with the Registry are returned upon our receipt.

Rush/Urgent Filings
*If we are advised in advance, we may be able to make a special trip to Port Coquitlam, Richmond or Surrey Courts on your behalf. Please note that surcharges apply.
We attend the Abbotsford Court Registry and Chilliwack Court Registry once per day.
