Personal Client Service
Our staff are available to take your call, and answer your questions throughout every business day. We don’t use telephone auto-attendants, and you’ll never get lost in a telephone phone tree. When the phone rings, we answer it. Period. We’re here to provide answers to your questions, and service which goes above and beyond.

Send Us Work How YOU Want – Manual/Web/Email
We’ll never charge you for sending us your files. You choose the most convenient method to submit your work to WCTS. Files can be sent via email, through our secure, online client web portal, or by messenger/courier. The choice is always yours, and we’re happy to work with what works best for you.
Free Messenger Service
West Coast provides free messenger service to clients who are on our established messenger runs throughout Metro Vancouver. We’re happy to stop by to pick up/drop off work which we complete on your behalf.
Flat-rate Fees* for Personal Service up to 6 Attempts
We are happy to provide our account clients with flat-rate fees* for process serving. This is pretty unique. We provide our service, up to six (6) attempts, for one flat fee*. No fuel surcharges, no mileage. Up front, flat fees so that you always know what it’s going to cost.
Process Servers with Assigned Areas
Speaking of process serving, we have full-time, trained, professional process servers who have assigned service areas. This allows them to be familiar with the geography and, in some cases with the individuals being served. This is a bonus, which helps ensure your files are served as quickly and efficiently as possible.
No Mileage or Fuel Surcharges
We’ve already noted that our messenger service is free. And by that, we mean FREE. For both our messengers and Process Serving team, we never charge mileage or fuel surcharges. This is one of those sneaky little charges you’ll never see on one of our invoices.
We’re in the Vancouver, New Westminster, and Victoria Courts Daily
... and in some cases hourly! The point being, that when we receive your files, we begin working on them very quickly, and often have them filed the same day.
We’re in the Outlying Court Registries Every Day
...Richmond, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, North Vancouver, Abbotsford, Chilliwack. We’re in these registries every day. This means that documents submitted early enough in the day can be filed on the same day. Documents received later in the day, can be filed the following business day.
Land Titles, too
Our New Westminster and Victoria offices are situated to allow us to easily attend the BC LTSA offices when required. Much of our land titles work is now done electronically, but when necessary we’re happy to attend the registries on behalf of our clients. As your Land Titles registry agent of choice, we have nurtured and maintain strong working relationships with staff in the local LTSA offices. Our General Manager, Ruth Balfour is the president of the BC Association of Professional Registry Agents. Land registry is a core part of our business and we’re very proud of the work we do in this specialized discipline.
No Additional Fees for Manual Filing
Regardless of how your documents are filed, there is one fee. While we’re happy to e-file documents when you request that, we also monitor the court registries and in cases where we know filing can be completed quicker by taking it into the registry, we'll advise you and let you choose what works best for you. Our goal is to ensure your documents are filed as quickly and as seamlessly as possible.
No Surprise Invoicing
We make every attempt to be clear in terms of our fees and invoicing practices. Our goal is that you should never be surprised by one of our invoices. For special or bulk requests, quotes are always available before we begin the work. Just ask!
No Contracts
We don’t require our clients to sign contracts in order to utilize our services. We have built our business on a model of integrity and exceptional ethics, and contracts don’t provide any added value to our working relationships.
We’re Insured
We carry $5,000,000 Errors and Omissions Insurance. We are proud to report that we have never had a claim against our insurance since our founding in 1969. A copy of our insurance binder is available upon request.
